Find Our Spanish Fork Office
Our office is at 765 N Main St in Spanish Fork, on the east side of the road, about a mile north of the Main Street and Center Street intersection. The building is visible from the street, and you will see our signage near the entrance.
From Provo or Orem: Take I-15 South to Exit 261. Head east on E 300 S, then turn left onto N Main St. Continue north for roughly one mile. Our office is on the right.
From Payson or Salem: Take I-15 North to Exit 258. Follow N Main St north for about one mile. Our office is on the left.
We have free parking on-site, directly in front of the building. The entrance is accessible from the parking area.
